1. Definitions of Terms
(a) Platform: EZ37’s website, mobile app, and related services.
(b) Client: Any user booking or participating in coaching services.
(c) Coach: An independent contractor providing coaching via EZ37 Coached App, adhering to ICF Code of Ethics.
(d) ICF: International Coaching Federation, whose operational & ethical guidelines govern coaching standards for EZ37 Solutions Ltd.
2. Acceptance/Agreement
By using
EZ37
Coached App, Clients, Coaches, and Visitors & others
agree to these
Terms.
3. Eligibility for Use of the App & Data Collection of Minors
3.1 The App is not for Minors i.e. users under the age of 16.
3. 2 We do not knowingly collect the data of minors.
- Coaches: Must certify compliance with ICF standards during onboarding.
4. Account Integrity & Sharing
4.1 Users must provide accurate information; false credentials may result in the termination of the relationship.
4.2 We do not permit account sharing. Each Client/Coach must use individual login credentials.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Booking & Payments
- Payment Terms: Sessions must be prepaid via EZ37’s secure payment system.

Chargebacks or
fraudulent disputes will shall result in account
suspension.
5.2 Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund : Cancellation ≥24 hours before session.
- No refund: Late cancellations (<24 hours) or no-shows.
6. Code of Conduct
Clients agree to:
- Treat
Coaches
with respect (zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination,
or abuse
or any form of misbehaviour ).
- Not recording sessions without the explicit consent of the Coach
- Use services for personal and professional development only (no resale or commercial use).
7. Intellectual Property
- Session materials (workbooks, tools) are for personal and professional use only; their redistribution is prohibited.
8. The Status of Coaches Coaching Federation (ICF) Standards
Coaches are independent contractors and are therefore not employees of EZ37 Solutions. They are responsible for the payment of their own taxes in addition to the procurement of their insurance cover and business licenses.
9. Obligations of Coaches
9.1 Compliance with Local Laws and International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Standards
Coaches are obliged comply to with local laws and professional standards especially as prescribed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) including those required during onboarding.
9.2. Compliance with International Coaching Federation (ICF) Ethical Standards
Coaches must abide by the ICF Code of Ethics (including confidentiality, conflicts of interest, and professional conduct).
9.3 Maintenance of Active Certification
Coaches must ensure that their certification active i.e. up to date.
9.4 Reporting of Violations Professional, Ethical or Other Standards
Coaches must report the violation of any professional, ethical or other standards prescribed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
9.5 Removal for Breach of Professional, Ethical or Other Standards
EZ37 may remove Coaches for breach of breach of any International Coaching Federation (ICF) professional, ethical standard or Other Standards.
9.6 Service Standards (Session Quality)
Coaches must ensure that they provide qualitative service at all times.
9.7 Service Boundary
Coaches are not allowed to offer any medical/therapeutic advice to Clients.
9.8. Data Privacy
Coaches must ensure the privacy of the data of Clients e.g. They must not store their data outside EZ37 platform.
10. EZ37’s Role & Limitations
10.1 The Provision of Platform Services
(a) This includes the provision of tools for scheduling, payments, and communication.
(b) This does NOT include the following:
- The guarantee of coaching outcomes.
- The Overseeing of day-to-day Coach-Client interactions.
- The endorsement of specific Coach methodologies.
10.2 Handling of Violations/Enforcement Actions & Appeals
EZ37 may suspend accounts in the event of any violations for among others:
- Fraud, harassment, or ICF ethics violations.
- Circumventing payment systems (e.g., off-platform transactions).
10.3 Appeals
Users have a right to appeal their suspension for any infraction. To do so they are required to send their letter of appeal via email to: coaching@ezcoaching.org
11. Payments & Fees
11.1 Client Fees
- All payments must be made through EZ37;
- No cash/off-platform payments allowed.
- Refunds are made at EZ37’s discretion for exceptional circumstances. Such must be justified.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Coach-Client Conflicts
In the event of conflict between a Coach and a Client the following steps at a resolution will apply:
- Step 1: Direct resolution between parties.
- Step 2: Mediation facilitated by EZ37 if it is unresolved after Step 1.
13. Liability & Disclaimers
- EZ37 disclaims liability for:
- Coaching outcomes or advice.
- Technical outages beyond reasonable control.
14. Limitation of Liability
- Coaches as Independent Contractors, are directly responsible for any claims arising from the services they render to Clients who chose them. In this regard, EZ37 as a mere a provider of the Coaching App/Platform used and not the facilitator/coach shall not in any way or form be held liable for such claims.
15. Termination
The termination of the use of this Application are as follows:
- If the termination is by EZ37, it shall be because of violations e.g. fraud, abuse, ICF non-compliance.
- If the termination is by Users, the Clients/Coaches may deactivate accounts at any time.
16. Other Terms & Conditions
The following terms & conditions shall apply in the event of:
- Updates for material changes-30 days’ notice shall be required.

Occurrence of
a Force Majeure Where a force majeure occurs,
EZ37 shall not be
liable for delays if such is due to disasters, wars, or
pandemics or indeed any
natural disaster beyond what could have been reasonably
contemplated.
- Severability: The invalidity of any clause in these Terms and Conditions does not render the remaining clauses unenforceable.
17. Registration to Use Software Application and Protection of User Privacy
17.1 Registration to Use Software Application
We have developed a software application- a tool through which Coaches can register for the purpose of easy contact by Clients who require their services and also for the registration of Clients who require the services of Coaches, be they individuals or organisations to enable easy access to them through the application.
17.2 Protection of User Privacy
We are committed to the protection of the privacy and security of the personal data of coaches.
We collect personal data such as name, email address, phone number, and other contact information/details etc.
We use the personal data to provide and improve our services; to communicate with Coaches and registered individuals/organisations regarding our services and provide updates.
We have robust security measures to protect the personal data of Users from any unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction or any form of abuse.
We retain the personal data of Users only for the period they are registered on the application.
